NOT AFRAID OF THE DEVIL, a journey in the footsteps of top flight football manager Martin Jol, was published by Dutch publisher Tirion in May 2008.  As well as gaining unprecedented access to one of Europe's top managers and his family, the book reveals a touching story of a boy brought up among fishermen who became one of the most recognisable faces in modern football.
