Biography
John Oldale has spent the last 30 years criss-crossing the planet in his search for the unusual, unexpected and obscure. Along the way he has explored around 90 countries and clocked up over 500,000 miles on the road. A scientist by training and lawyer by profession, he is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and speaks five languages.
