Biography
His first screenplay MARCELLO'S DATE which goes into production in Italy in 2007. The novel has been published in several countries. Mark is currently working on his second and third screenplay and a follow-up novel to MARCELLO'S DATE, FRANCESCO'S FATE. He has also written the biography of The Scary Guy, 7 DAYS, 7 NIGHTS
Mark Hatwood spent fifteen years as a session drummer for groups like 'Mud', 'The New Seekers' and 'Johnny Hates Jazz', Mark's song-writing talents caught the attention of Harold Faltermeyer (Top Gun, Beverly Hills Cop).
Having spent two years working closely with Harold, Mark moved to Berlin where he signed a song-writing deal with BMG. Over the next ten years Mark wrote for Chart topping bands like 'ATC', 'Culture Beat' and 'The Weather Girls' as well as a selection of TV and Film scores.
