Biography

Directed by Paula van der Oest. Winner of Best Actress Award at Tribeca Film Festival 2011.

GOODBYE BAFANA – 2007. Writer. Produced by Banana Films, based on the book by James Gregory. Starring Joseph Fiennes, Diane Kruger and Dennis Hysbert. Producer: Jean-Luc van Damme. Directed by Bille August. Winner for Best Screenplay 2007 SAFTA Awards. Winner Best Feature Film 2007 SAFTA Awards. Winner of Berlin Peace Prize. Paramount.

FORGIVENESS – 2004. Writer. Produced by Giant Films. Starring Arnold Vosloo. Producer: Cindy Gabriel. Directed by Ian Gabriel. Won Best South African Film and Best Audience Award at Durban Film Festival. Won Human Rights Award and Best Youth Jury Film at Locarno Film Festival in Switzerland. Won Best African Film at Sithengi.

MR. BONES – 2001. Co-writer. Produced by Videovision. Starring Leon Schuster. Producers: Anant Singh and Helena Spring. Directed by Gray Hofmeyer, produced by Anant Singh. Highest grossing local feature film in South Africa.
