Biography

Dale has been a professional scriptwriter since 1996, after an initial career in film and TV production.

His recent credits include MOVING ON  with John Simm and Ewen Bremner, directed by Dominic West and  the Broadcast Award-winning LAND GIRLS with Sophie Ward, Mark Benton and Nathaniel Parker.  He is also a lead writer on BBC 1's DOCTORS, with over forty  programmes to his name including RUNNING TIME,  the hour-long "real time" 1000th episode featuring Richard Briers, described as "profoundly moving" by THE GUARDIAN.  Other TV credits include THE BILL (Pearson/ITV), DREAM TEAM (Hewland/ BSkyB) and the teen drama RISK (Mind's Eye/Channel 5).
