Congratulations to Mari Hannah who was today named as one of three recipients of New Writing North's Northern Writers Awards 2010 for adult fiction.

The awards were announced at a special ceremony at Newcastle's Theatre Royal with the ten winning writers in all categories sharing a prize pot of £25,000, made available through sponsorship from the Leighton Group and Arts Council England.
