STATE OF EMERGENCY’S paperback launch sees huge marketing campaign and a Top 10 spot on the iBook chart

August 17, 2010  The launch of the paperback of Sam Fisher's STATE OF EMERGENCY has seen a huge marketing campaign by Macmillan in the UK. Launched on 16 August, the campaign includes posters throughout London Underground with in-store promotions at WHSmiths, WHS Travel, Asda and Tesco. On the first day of the campagin, STATE OF EMERGENCY was at No 9 on the iBook chart.

The E-Force series is a contemporary techno-thriller series. The E-Force is a non-political organisation, financed by an obscure offshoot of the United Nations, with access to the newest technologies only just off the drawing board. They provide specialist rescue in times of global emergency.

AFTERSHOCK, the second in the series, will be published by Macmillan in January 2011.
